T and C Psychiatric Services LLC is a telepsychiatry practice providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for individuals at least 18 years of age and older throughout Pennsylvania. We treat mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, insomnia, and eating disorders.

Insurances Accepted
T and C Psychiatric Services is currently accepting Aetna, Highmark BCBS, United Healthcare, Cigna and self pay only. Payment is due at the time of scheduling the appointment. Refunds for cancelled appointments are available until 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. Due to federal regulations, we cannot accept anyone with Medicare as a self pay patient.

We are working on getting in network with multiple insurances including UPMC, and more. Please check back for updates.

Kathleen McEwen is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (University of Pittsburgh). She has obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing and is in process of obtaining a post-Masters certificate in psychiatric and mental health nursing practice.
Lauren Naveh is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009 but has been in the nursing field since 2004. She is a member of the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association.
Elizabeth Stewart is a board certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has been a nurse since 2006, and brings a strong background in critical care nursing coupled with a decade of experience in working with veterans. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
